Our multi-year project to have the City of Durham do large drainage improvements and provide grading to allow a hard surface access way at Dallas Street in Durham was done over a 10 day period in May. The completed access way built by our contractor is reinforced concrete and about 63 feet long and 7.5 feet wide. Our thanks to Durham’s Parks & Recreation Department for the collapsable bollard installed near the Dallas Street end. The local neighbors we’ve talked to are appreciative of these improvements since the former access was an often wet and muddy path in the street drainage area.
